About Us

Hello, and thank you for stopping by to check out our services! My name is Lori, mom to 4 wonderful kids, twins Lauren and Megan (8), Louis (4) and Olivia born in May of 06. I am the main face of Wicked Cool Studios and if you contact us or use our services I'm the one you will be talking to. ;) I am also the proud wife to my best friend Randy that I have know since the age of 5, we were even in the same Kindergarten class! ;) Together Randy and I started Wicked Cool Studios in the hopes of bringing other small businesses the look they want for their eStores, logos, illustration and printed products.

My interest started in design when I was pregnant with our 3rd child Louis. In 2002. I joined a popular forum for pregnant women that had the ability for its members to show off there family and children in signatures or siggys as they called them. I was intrigued by them. When I was placed on bed rest Randy came home one day with a mac laptop and installed all his design software on it. I quickly asked him to teach me to use those programs and it spiraled out of control from there. With ALOT of tutoring from my wonderful husband, every tutorial on the world wide web (or so it felt like), books and trial and error on my part I became proficent in programs such as Adobe Photoshop™, Adobe Illustrator™ & Adobe Dreamweaver™. I know work on Wicked Cool Studios full time 40-55 hours a week. :)

Randy worked for 2 yrs. to recieve his Associate of Applied Science in Graphic Technology and his Associate in Fine Arts, plus another 2 years to recieve his Bachelor in Liberal Arts. He brings his art to us through several mediums from painting, watercolor, and drawing to a complete computer rendering of just about anything imaginable. Randy is proficient in programs such as Adobe Photoshop™, Adobe Illustrator™, QuarkXpress™, Adobe InDesign™ and Macromedia Fontographer™. Randy works on Wicked Cool Studios part time 15-20 hours a week and is a full time graphic designer for the PR Dept. of RSU University. :)
