Wicked Cool Studios does not sell, trade or share, your name, address, and e-mail to anyone. You can feel assured when you purchase services from us that any information you give us from your personal info, to your private logins to your website will remain confidential. If we need to gather your usernames and passwords to complete work commissioned we will ask for this info each time we do work for you, we DO NOT keep your info on paper file, so please be prepared to provide this info each time you order services. This is for your safety as well as ours.

Refund Policy:
We are sorry, but due to the nature of our product we do not issue refunds. We will make every effort to create a design you will love, but work commissioned must be compensated for whether or not design is used.

Wicked Cool Studios and you as the clients retain to right to cancel your order at anytime, but any retainer fees paid will not be refunded and if work hours exceed the initial retainer fee we require payment for that time used and will bill you accordingly. For example, if you ordered a custom wedding dress and you paid a initial retainer fee for the dress maker to begin work, and then half way through the process you decided to not buy/use the dress, you wouldn't expect to not compensate the dress maker for their time spent on your commissioned order.

We understand that uexpected things come up in life, so if you have any urgent problems that effect your ability to continue working with us, or to make payment, please just contact us, and we will make arrangements with you, tailored to your situation.
