• Customer Service: A BIG percentage of our business are refferals from clients we have worked with in the past, so customer support is VERY important to us. We can be reached through our website form, email, instant messenger and also by phone. Once your a client all communication goes through our project center and all invoices are paid thru our invoicing system so NO emails are lost or overlooked. We NEVER charge your for our customer service whether were answering a quick email or you need us to call you for a phone consultation. We understand starting a website is a daunting task so we are there to walk you through every step of the way, before, during and after the process is done.

• Affordability & Choice: We keep our prices low and competitive and include everything you will need in our packages to you established on the net. We don't like surprises that mean more time and money and we know you don't either. That's why we have several different packages for you to choose from so you can get just the right level of service that you need. We can even take away and add to our packages, so you not over spending on things you don't need!

• Were Unique: Dare we say it? Yes we do and we DID! We always try to be unique in all of our designs. Our illustrations are 100% handdrawn and vectorized by us, so when we say custom we mean custom. For our logos we dont just use straight fonts and call it a day, we add art and maniplulate fonts to be unique so no other person can have your exact logo. We even use fonts we have created ourselves so you know it's 100% unique and can't be found except through Wicked Cool Studios.

• We Get It: We have been in online business since 2004. Not only have we helped several small businesses start-up but we have been a start-up ourselves in the past so we know what it's like and what is needed to get your presence made on the web. We understand how scary it can be to first start out and that is why we have a step by step process where you approve every step of the way before we move on. We don't work on a set number of revisions for each step, we just work until your happy even if that means several rounds of revisions, we will do and re-do however many times it takes to get it right. This ensures you have a final product that you will be happy with for a long time to come!
